Reservations & Policies


Reservations are accepted by telephone only.

Room rates include a full breakfast, as well as complimentary refreshments upon arrival and bottled water available throughout the day. CT State lodging tax will be added to the room rate.

A deposit equal to 50% of your stay (plus tax) is required, and may be paid via check, cash or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. The balance will be due upon checkout. A $25 fee will be charged for any check returned for non-sufficient funds.


Cancellations must be made at least ten days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. We will accommodate special requests whenever possible; please make us aware of your requirements when booking your reservation.

Children 10 years and older are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

There is no food allowed in the Guest Rooms. Guests may snack in any of the common areas--Dining Room, Parlor, Sitting Room or Front Porch--as well as on the patio or the grounds. The Inn is smoke-free; smoking is only permitted outdoors.

To ensure a pleasant stay for our Guests with allergies, we cannot allow pets of any kind.
